Local culinary experience: Our buffet has two characteristics: first, we specialize in trekking travelers and, second, we use local agricultural products with traditional recipes from the town of Mollepata and the Apurímac Valley.

Outdoor Experience: Our dining room has a 180-degree view of the Apurímac Valley, allowing travelers to enjoy the fresh country air and a tourist attraction featuring a map of the world’s most famous cities.

Cultural Museum: We have a cultural space where we display ancient objects found in Mollepata and interpretive panels that tell the story of Mollepata and how the snow-capped Salkantay mountain influences the way of life of the people of Mollepata.
