Very early in the morning, we will transfer you from your hotel in Cusco to the train station in Ollantaytambo to board the train that will take you through the Sacred Valley of the Incas until reaching the town of Aguas Calientes. We will arrive in Aguas Calientes around 09:00 a.m., and from there we will take the bus that will transport us to the Machu Picchu Archaeological Park, located high on the mountain. Once in Machu Picchu and after registering our tickets, our guide will begin the guided tour so that you can learn about the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu. You will be amazed by the Inca constructions and temples, as well as by the natural surroundings that embrace them. In the afternoon, we will board our train back to the Ollantaytambo station, where our transport will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Cusco.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOURIST TRAIN
The key factor for reaching Machu Picchu is the tourist train, and there are two options available; the route is the same, only the wagons differ in comfort and views.
OPTION 1: Expedition Train Peru Rail or Executive Train Inca Rail:
In both trains, you will find yourself comfortable and relaxed, while receiving information about the most important points along this ancient route that every adventurer should know. Both wagons are fully covered with large windows so that the traveler can immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural landscape and make their Machu Picchu experience begin on the train.

08:40 a.m. Arrival at the town of Aguas Calientes to take the Consetur bus to the archaeological center of Machu Picchu.
09:30 a.m. Entrance registration and start of the guided tour in Machu Picchu.
11:30 a.m. End of the guided tour and free time for photos.
13:00 p.m. Return to the town of Aguas Calientes by CONSETUR tourist bus.
14:00 p.m. Free time for lunch.
16:00 p.m. Return by tourist train to Ollantaytambo.
