The pick-up will take place between 7 hours – 8 o’clock in the morning to then start the tour through the sacred valley.
The Sacred Valley of the Incas or Vilcanota Valley, is located between the towns of Pisaq and Ollantaytambo. Located at 27 km. from the city of Cusco approximately. It is an area full of impressive landscapes from snowy peaks, to valleys of intense greenery, rivers and lagoons, combined with archaeological remains and even very well preserved Inca cities. Walking through the area means immersing yourself in ways of life and customs, archaeological sites that survive and maintain an invaluable cultural legacy.

On this tour you will be able to know the most privileged places where the Incas built temples, fortresses and sacred cities, because the valley is in an area where the climate is very favorable for carrying out agricultural activities. Besides knowing the history and architecture inca, you will be able to observe beautiful landscapes formed by the presence of the river Vilcanota and the imposing mountains.
The tour begins with the pick-up at your hotel visiting the town of Pisaq (archaeological site) where we can observe andenerías and the Inca cemetery. Once finished we go to Pisaq village and then head in our mobility to Urubamba where we will taste our buffet lunch in a tourist restaurant. In the afternoon after lunch we will continue our trip through the Inca fortress and citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions of the inhabitants of the forest in the Inca era. We will have the opportunity to walk through the streets of the village and thus get a clear idea of how this military, religious and cultural center was in the time of the Incas.
On the way back to Cusco we will visit the picturesque village of Chinchero, where are the remains of the royal hacienda of Túpac Inca Yupanqui. Admire its well-preserved Inca Wall in the main square and observe the beautiful colonial temple built on the foundations of an Inca building.

16:45 hours, Visit to the archaeological complexes of Chinchero and tour through typical craft center.
18:30 hours, Arrival in the city of Cusco, end of the tour.

The tourist ticket is essential to be able to make the city tour, sacred valley, maras Moray, also know museums in the city of cusco, has a unique cost of 70 soles as a Peruvian adult and 130 soles for foreign adult, general ticket national students pay 40 soles and foreign 70 soles. Remember that this ticket is from the government and you will get it once arriving in cusco and at the door of each tourist attraction with your identification.

Recommendations
- We recommend to carry suitable shoes for walks, since they will climb many steps.
- Carry a backpack (15 liters maximum) where you must carry your camera, hat or cap, sunscreen and a bottle of water
- In Corao, Pisac and Chinchero you can find several types of crafts and typical textiles, we recommend buying a little of each village and always try to negotiate the price with the sellers.
- In Pisac village you will find the typical and delicious empanadas made in ancient clay ovens and in Urubamba do not forget to taste the corn, recognized as being one of the largest grains in the world.
- In the afternoon you will feel the wind and cold characteristic of the area, so we recommend to bring a windbreaker that can shelter you.
