Tour Summary
Taking the “Sacred Valley and Moray” route, also known as the Super Sacred Valley circuit, is an ideal tour for travelers with limited time who wish to discover the wonders of Cusco. This experience combines sites usually visited over two days into one, allowing you to reconnect with nature and the Inca culture high in the Andes, surrounded by truly stunning landscapes.
General Information
Our tour begins with pick-up from your hotel between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. This excursion combines the cultural experiences of the Sacred Valley’s towns, the adaptation of food plants, and the community exploitation of the Salt Mines, with archaeological sites and breathtaking natural scenery such as the snow-capped mountain ranges of Veronica, Chicon, and others. The tour officially starts at 7:00 a.m. Our first stop will be the archaeological site and textile center located in Chinchero.
Next, we will visit the archaeological park of Moray, then pass through the town of Maras and visit the Salt Mines before heading to the town of Urubamba, where we will stop for lunch. After lunch, we will visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, then the archaeological park of Pisaq, and finally, we’ll stop for about 30 minutes at the artisan market in the town of Pisaq. Our tour will end at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the downtown area of Cusco, near the Main Square.

- Hotel pick-up between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Introduction and tour instructions given by our guide.
- 7:00 a.m. – Start of the Sacred Valley and Moray Salt Mines Circuit.
- Morning – Visit the Textile Center of Chinchero, the archaeological complex of Moray, the town of Maras, and the Salt Mines of Maras.
- 12:00 p.m. – Buffet Lunch at the selected restaurant in Urubamba.
- Afternoon – Visit the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo.
- Visit the archaeological center and town of Pisaq.
- Return from the Sacred Valley to Cusco.
- End of service.

Recommendations
- We recommend wearing suitable walking shoes, as you will climb many stairs.
- Bring a backpack (maximum 15 liters) to carry your camera, hat, sunscreen, and a bottle of water.
- In Corao, Pisac, and Chinchero, you will find various types of handicrafts and traditional textiles. We recommend buying a bit from each town and always try to negotiate prices with the vendors.
- In the town of Pisac, you can try the typical and delicious empanadas baked in traditional clay ovens, and in Urubamba, don’t forget to taste the famous corn, known for having some of the largest grains in the world.
- In the afternoon, you will feel the characteristic wind and cold of the area, so we recommend bringing a windbreaker jacket to keep you warm.
